I Don't Understand People Who... πŸ“‚πŸŒ·

Gonna get flack for all of these but I need to learn to ~speak my truth~ and where else but on List App.
  1. β€’
Choose to go to Disneyworld/Disneyland without children
Manufactured happiness in a hugely overpriced amusement park. C'mon. See the world and travel to real countries, not Epcot.
  2. β€’
Go on mega cruise ship vacations
An elaborate shopping mall, cramped hotel rooms, and seasickness all crammed into one enormous boat!
  3. β€’
    Drink non-skim milk
I grew up on skim. Your milk is thick. Gross.
  4. β€’
    Prefer plain black coffee
    Bitter, dude.
  5. β€’
    Take a shower every morning
I shower at night, my hair would freeze or stay wet if I took showers before going to work. Also why wake up early?!
  6. β€’
Aware this is the standard procedure but I don't understand how people do it: wear a watch on their non-dominant wrist
"What time is it?" "Lemme automatically refer to my hand I don't use for anything else..."
  7. β€’
People with ovaries who wear white or light colored pants/skirts/dresses
I assume I will suddenly hemorrage the moment I make that choice, no matter when, it will just happen.
  8. β€’
    Wear platform heels
This is one of my favorite SNL opening monologues of all time. Physical comedy of this was beyond amazing / truth.
  9. β€’
Say "no problem" instead of "you're welcome"
I'm aware the meaning has changed to suit the era and have read about the progression / similarity of no problem to other languages (par example, "de rien" en Français) but it still feels dismissive to me. That I'm suggesting it was a problem by saying thank you... I always say "you're welcome." Not starting a debate just my not feeling it.
  10. β€’
    Wear thongs
Omg whyyyy noooo "hello I would like to order the feeling of having a wedgie all day" nnooo
  11. β€’
Love exercise and do it for fun
It's mental and physical torture why why why whyyy.
  12. β€’
Can shrug things off or not care about stuff
I always feel guilty even for accidental guilt.
  13. β€’
Can do an "[anything] every day for [a month, a year, etc]"
    Self-discipline, accomplishments, what???
  14. β€’
    Run marathons / cross-country / long distances
  15. β€’
People who enjoy drifting off to sleep and can do so calmly
Also take a normal length nap and feel recharged.
  16. β€’
    Are "morning people."
    Can't IMAGINE
  17. β€’
    Love driving
    Do you enjoy the danger??!!!
  18. β€’
    Legit feel they are attractive
More like I don't understand what that feels like? Has no one ever told you you're not? How do you feel yo self?!
  19. β€’
Find comfort in numbers and love STEM
I get anxiety just being asked to do addition. I hate the black and white failure of doing math incorrectly.
  20. β€’
    Hunt for 'sport' or fun
What thrill / excitement sense of pride do you get from killing something?
  21. β€’
Don't want to / are scared to talk to a therapist.
Again, just that I don't get (understand) the fear, as a person who requires verbally vomiting my deepest issues in a safe space once a week.
  22. β€’
People who have tattoos and are 100% sure they will never change mentally or physically to hate the choice.
Except this one you will always love this one.
  23. β€’
    Trump voters
You endorse a racist misogynistic bully.
  24. β€’
People who have fun taking/posting selfies
All for the movement of empowerment by posting your own picture and enjoying it but I don't.
  25. β€’
    Can paint their own nails
Mine look like I used oil paints up to my knuckles!
  26. β€’
Get upset if I have a drink like soda or milk and then after I drank all that, pour water into that same glass. Reduce, reuse...
