    Only own your favorite things. Favorite clothes, tools, bags, toys. Only your favorites.
  3. What do you really enjoy?
  4. Who do you really enjoy?
  5. What in your life brings your stress?
  6. Do the choices in your life bring stress? Which of your choices can you eliminate?
  7. Do you try to live by too many rules?
  8. Love people. Use things.
