just kinda some random things I do when exams and school are stressing me out
  1. Listen to new music
  2. Put everything down and forget about current responsibilities
  3. Scribble in an old notebook
  4. Draw, if you're more artistic, or doodle on your arms
  5. Read a book, one that a friend suggests, or an old favourite of your own
  6. Go for a walk, maybe take pictures on the way
