1. If anyone ever tells me to try and just "think other thoughts" I might flip a table ❤️
  2. If I open up to you to say I have OCD, don't say "oh I totally have OCD because I always..."
  3. ...because then I think you don't take my problem seriously....
  4. Maybe say "I'll be here to support you"
  5. Or "you are so brave to keep trying everyday to overcome your compulsions"
  6. Just a suggestion.
