- •Gluten-free Banana Pancakes: 1 Mashed Banana; 2 Eggs; A dash of CinnamonPreheat griddle nice and hot!! Whisk together ingredients (it's ok to have some banana lumps) and then cook up like you're making pancakes. Also great if you add a pinch of salt! Yummy on its own or with some maple syrup!
- •Lazy pot de cream4oz good dark chocolate, chopped fine; 1 cup heavy cream; 3tbsp sugar. Simmer cream and sugar, pour over chocolate, whisk, refrigerate until firm, eat.Suggested by @gwcoffey
