  1. Gluten-free Banana Pancakes: 1 Mashed Banana; 2 Eggs; A dash of Cinnamon
    Preheat griddle nice and hot!! Whisk together ingredients (it's ok to have some banana lumps) and then cook up like you're making pancakes. Also great if you add a pinch of salt! Yummy on its own or with some maple syrup!
  2. Lazy pot de cream
    4oz good dark chocolate, chopped fine; 1 cup heavy cream; 3tbsp sugar. Simmer cream and sugar, pour over chocolate, whisk, refrigerate until firm, eat.
