PREFERRED FORMS OF CARDIO, IN DESCENDING ORDER

  1. dancing
    former dancer here, so this is always my #1. i am not one of those soulless freaks who are like OMG I LOVE EXERCISING (really? do you?), so i appreciate that it doesn't feel like exercise.
  2. trampoline workouts
    keeps your heart rate up, solid calorie burn, little to no impact on your knees. also, nostalgia! (this gif is ridic but seriously, tracy anderson has a great one)
  3. boxing
    get that rage out. also, whatever adriana lima does, i want to do that too.
  4. elliptical
    easier on my wrecked knees, moderate calorie burn, i can watch gilmore girls while using it--all positives here.
  5. running
    fucking NO
