  2. Drink more tea instead of coffee
    It's KILLIN me
  4. Eat healthier
  5. Be more mindful/meditate more
  6. Use time wisely
    And quit binge-watching Gilmore Girls
  7. Exercise more!
  8. Finish a short story!
