5 Ways I Amazed Myself Today

Sometimes, you just have to cheer for yourself. Yay, me!

    I woke up to my alarm - and I actually GOT UP.

    I did 45 minutes of yoga! On International Yoga Day no less!

    I meditated for 15 minutes.
    Which may have had something to do with the next one...

    I didn't lose my temper at my boss!

    I paid my bills.
    I need to meditate on how to be grateful for bills.
