Starter Kit Things about Myself that I Forget About Myself

  1. I need like 2 hours of wind-down time before actually getting in bed with the intention to sleep.
    If I actually committed to this I could probably read and draw and study SO much more over time.
  2. I don't always need coffee...
    But I often do like it after dinner (so maybe don't order tea with dinner unless u rly want it)
  3. You'll always think you can't live or you can't be living at this moment without certain experiences. It's not true.
    That escalated quickly.
