And less hateful alternatives
  1. Cohort
    Group. Class. Peers? Colleagues?
  2. Learning (as a noun)
LESSON. A lesson is something you have learned. Learning is something you do. When did it become a noun, and why, dear god, why???
  3. Fail (as a noun)
FAILURE. As in "wow, that was an epic failure." Why did we have to make "fail" a noun when there's already a perfectly good noun for that? It's only three letters longer, contains the word "fail" and takes 0.2 seconds longer to say. You have failed, and now your project is a failURE, damn it.
  4. And all in one sentence: If your cohort doesn't come up with some significant learnings after this project, it will have been an epic fail.
