My emotional reset days are Friday nights and Sundays.
  1. Turn off phone for 12 hours
    This has been incredibly difficult since joining ListApp.
  2. 1-hour deep tissue massage
    Did this today for the first time in two years. I'M WALKING ON A CLOUD!
  3. Read a book in one sitting without any distractions
    Intrinsically rewarding.
  4. Mail out a handwritten letter to a loved one
  5. A long run with a great playlist
    Take a cold shower afterwards. Lather, rinse, repeat.
