My emotional reset days are Friday nights and Sundays.

- 2.1-hour deep tissue massageDid this today for the first time in two years. I'M WALKING ON A CLOUD!
- 3.Read a book in one sitting without any distractionsIntrinsically rewarding.
- 4.Mail out a handwritten letter to a loved one💌
- 5.A long run with a great playlistTake a cold shower afterwards. Lather, rinse, repeat.
