A Recipe for Emotional Reset

My emotional reset days are Friday nights and Sundays.
  1. 1.
    Turn off phone for 12 hours
    This has been incredibly difficult since joining ListApp.
  2. 2.
    1-hour deep tissue massage
    Did this today for the first time in two years. I'M WALKING ON A CLOUD!
  3. 3.
    Read a book in one sitting without any distractions
    Intrinsically rewarding.
  4. 4.
    Mail out a handwritten letter to a loved one
  5. 5.
    A long run with a great playlist
    Take a cold shower afterwards. Lather, rinse, repeat.
