- •A butterscotch candyAge 6: I just really wanted it, and for some reason was afraid to ask for it. The guilt was terrible. I confessed to my father a few days later, and he came with me to the store to return the money.
- •Red Nail varnishAge 13: My best friend in junior high convinced me to do it. It was halfway between an act of teenage rebellion and childishness. I felt a bit guilty.
- •The head of a toy pilotAge 17: It was discarded in a dollar store, and I decided I had to have it. I don't feel guilty at all.
