- •So lately I've gained a lot of weight.Not a LOT, but like 20 pounds. Is that a lot? Who knows.
- •And unfortunately, it's due to the fact that I've been stress eating. I've been basically eating everything in sight. I feel like shit all the time.
- •What's the best way to handle this? I've never had this problem.
- •I'm thinking of going on a cleanse. I've done it before and had good results.
- •The diet is: unlimited fruit and veggies and protein shakes (with just the powder and water and fruit or whatever), and one serving of fish daily.
- •Thoughts? Feedback? Has anyone got any other suggestions?
