1. So lately I've gained a lot of weight.
    Not a LOT, but like 20 pounds. Is that a lot? Who knows.
  2. And unfortunately, it's due to the fact that I've been stress eating. I've been basically eating everything in sight. I feel like shit all the time.
  3. What's the best way to handle this? I've never had this problem.
  4. I'm thinking of going on a cleanse. I've done it before and had good results.
  5. The diet is: unlimited fruit and veggies and protein shakes (with just the powder and water and fruit or whatever), and one serving of fish daily.
  6. Thoughts? Feedback? Has anyone got any other suggestions?
