  3. Lay down your mat.
    I mean yoga mat. They come in handy as non-slip surfaces too.
  4. Lie down and bring your arms above your head.
    Opens up your lungs.
  5. Close your eyes.
  6. Wake up from the nap you just took.
    Check your phone. See if your List is trending. No? Nap some more.
