I made a blueberry smoothie today
  1. One Chobani Greek Yogurt cup.

    About half a cup/4oz. Any brand would do.
  2. Half a cup of milk.
  3. One cup of frozen blueberries
    I would imagine you could use any kind of frozen berries you want, if you're not into blueberries. If your that kind of person....
  4. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  5. Honey.
    Like a good squeeze. Depends how sweet you want it I guess..
  6. Blend.
    The is only one serving, so perfect if you don't have friends.
  7. Enjoy.
