What I did in 33 minutes and 4 seconds today

  1. 1 mile run
  2. 40 wall balls (12lb)
    Squat with a medicine ball then throw it about 10 ft up the wall as you stand. Catch it back in a squat. Repeat.
  3. 40 sit ups
  4. 800 meter run
  5. 30 wall balls
  6. 30 sit ups
  7. 600 meter run
    It was supposed to be 400. Really screwed the pooch on this one.
  8. 20 wall balls
  9. 20 sit ups
  10. 200 meter run
  11. 10 wall balls
  12. 10 sit ups
