    And that's saying something because I hate thinking about what my future holds

    I always try and convince myself that NOW is the time to go run or lift weights

    Something, anything. It really doesn't matter tbh
  5. Sleep
    You can always use more sleep
  6. Come up with a list of other lists I could make so I don't have to do this paper
