    If you didn't like them as a kid it's probably because you didn't have them roasted. Also amazing with other roasted veggies and a balsamic glaze 👌🏼

  6. I've been making a Tomato salad lately. Chopped Roma tomatoes, chopped cucumber, chopped red pepper, chunks of feta cheese and kalamata olives. I make a red wine vinaigrette and mix it all up. Then, you can mix it with romaine for a big salad, or cooked pasta or rice or faro. Then sometimes I'll take it with the faro and make a grain bowl,
    With roasted peppers and spinach and a fried egg and maybe some Greek yogurt.
