    Gum recession lurks in your future, independent of your genetics. Not pretty. Soft toothbrushes, it turns out, are indicated for all people - regardless of age or state of teeth. Floss and toothpicks will complete the job. Stiff bristles= a crime against humanity.

    Next to sun protection, world's best skin care regimen. Bar none. You might think you're already drinking a lot, but even that is likely not enough. 6-8 glasses a day. Lemon and/or mint can make this more fun. πŸ‹πŸŒΏπŸ’§πŸŽˆ
