Labor Day reflection

To start fresh
  1. Cut loose ends...female ones
  2. Catch up on groceries for meal prep
  3. Start meal prep
  4. Work out....start up again to bring sexy back
  5. Remind never left :P
  6. Detox for 5 days starts 9/4
  7. Groom and prep for an amazing week before rage session inNYC on 9/9
  8. Double check with NY connections that 9/10 & 9/11 rage sessions are on lock
  9. Start bulking cycle 😳
  10. Be ready to hate life as I cut females, stop drinking and started bulking workout cycle 🙈 😳🔫
