| my morning routine |
this is how I start the day
- 1.wake up around 6:45AM4:25AM on Fridays.
- 2.drink coffeeI use an electric kettle to boil water and add 2-3 spoonfuls of instant coffee.
- 3.eat breakfasta bowl of cereal and a ham and cheese sandwich. I eat the same thing every morning. on weekends, I have a cinnamon bun with coffee.
- 4.readI used to watch YouTube videos but afterwards it would take my mind a while to adjust and focus. I found that if I engaged my mind first thing in the morning, I tend to be more alert and mindful. I've been reading through Kathy Reichs' book series.
- 5.get ready for workbrush teeth, shower, shave, get dressed.
- 6.yoga/meditateI don't do this every morning cause I hate feeling rushed when doing either but if I can block off 10-15 minutes, I will.
- 7.jogall the way to the bus stop.
