My Most Used Android Apps

  1. 1.
    Reddit is Fun
Basically I have been using this app every single day for the past 6 years. This is my main source of reddit. I have tried other reddit currents in Android and they all work fine and look nice, this is just the one I keep going back to.
  2. 2.
    Inbox by Gmail
This doesn't just replace Gmail on my phone, it enhances the experience. I can set notifications, pull contextual information from emails easily, save links and much more. It definitely isn't for everyone, but it has grown on me and I enjoy it.
  3. 3.
    Google Drive
Anything that I want to keep gets stored here, if it's not there I don't really care what happens to it. Computers could crash, etc, but I'm not too concerned. Pricing on cloud storage is awesome as well at $1.99 for 100GB.
  4. 4.
    Google Camera
As I typically sick with Nexus phones, the Google camera works wonders with the Nexus hardware.
  5. 5.
Home Automation Apps: Alexa, Hue, Harmony, Nest
I use my phone to control various parts of my home, such as Hue for our lights, or Harmony for our entertainment system.
  6. 6.
    Google Cast
The chromecast, er, I mean, Google Cast is probably one of the best things released by Google. Basically take any TV, add a $35 HDMI dongle, and you have a smart TV that is better than most smart TVs.
  7. 7.
    Google Fit
I do a lot of walking around at my job and I use this app to keep track of that.
  8. 8.
    Authy
I utilize a lot of applications that I have enabled two factor authentication on. Authy is great because it syncs up my applications on any device I use it on.
  9. 9.
    Entertainment Apps:
Netflix, Hulu, HBOgo, YouTube, Google Music, I use all of these and more, probably more than the other apps on this list, but didn't want to just fill up the list with streaming services. Either way, these apps paired with the chromecast are amazing!
  10. 10.
    Google Rewards
This app is great because you can make a few cents here and there and use it in the play store for movies, books, apps, out games.
