Created because seeing the name Ch-ump / hearing about anti-Muslim rhetoric / reading people's fear and anxiety about gun violence has been increasingly damaging.
  1. Open social media app.
  2. Read. When I hit something that hurts my stomach or head, I immediately close social media app, and open music app.
  3. Listen to music that makes me feel pumped up. Like I can take action and not feel disenfranchised.
    Hamilton works well for this btw.
  4. Talk to others in real life about these topics, but only about plans and action items.
  5. Share my thinking about this policy cause I want us to stop hurting ourselves with our social media consumption.
