  3. Make and have breakfast
    Water, something sweet, something savory, coffee
  4. Read books and digest
    Of the many books I'm reading simultaneously, pick one that suits my mood
  5. Exercise
    Run / hike / bike - use this time to reflect on what I've read, watched, or listened to
  6. Hydrate and take a break
    Have some Gatorade and take a beat to enjoy the endorphins
  7. Hot shower
  8. Start the days tasks
    I can now start work with a fresh, clear mind and a relaxed body
