Well....this is a hypocritical list...im sure there is nothing here that i follow...but...these are the things that i sure know....would work on normal people..
  1. Read some good books
    Oh really....!?..so how about reading 101 ways of getting irritated?...this sure would be a great way to start off your day..
  2. Go take a walk
    Seems so calming....make sure you are walking in 50°c summer and are up by 5 am....Yea sure right!
  3. Get creative
    How about some stiching and weaving....sounds fun!...might as well prick your finger in anger and get one more reason to cry on!
