I'm an exercise physiology major, so I am legit 👍
  1. It's really bad for your body.
    It is ridiculous to expect a person to do so many multiple reps of Olympic lifts to the point of fatigue. If that was the case, then why don't you see college athletes doing it?
  2. So bad that it promotes injury...
    Google cross fit fail. It's terrifying to see the form being used to complete these lifts. And especially at such high speeds.
  3. Fucking Facebook.
    God you don't need to be posting about your fucking cross fit workout and group every five minutes. No one cares about your power lifting!!!!
