I HATE CROSS FIT, HERE'S WHY.
I'm an exercise physiology major, so I am legit 👍
- 1.It's really bad for your body.It is ridiculous to expect a person to do so many multiple reps of Olympic lifts to the point of fatigue. If that was the case, then why don't you see college athletes doing it?
- 2.So bad that it promotes injury...Google cross fit fail. It's terrifying to see the form being used to complete these lifts. And especially at such high speeds.
- 3.Fucking Facebook.God you don't need to be posting about your fucking cross fit workout and group every five minutes. No one cares about your power lifting!!!!
