IDEAS FOR INSOMNIA

  3. 3) horse 🐎 tranquilizers
  4. 4) make lists until I pass out
  5. 5) drink 🍸until I pass out
  6. 6) eye mask, ear plugs, fresh sheets, soft pjs, mouth guard... Oh wait, all in place... Not working (like, hey, sensory issues!)
  7. 7) read something boring. Like this list.
