1. Stay away from all toxic and processed food, but smoking like 6 cigarettes before 8am
  2. Have a small salad for dinner and two desserts. Zero logic.
  3. Always shower and do my makeup in the same order
  4. If I don't listen to some hypnosis track, I can't sleep
  5. Even though I'm always sleepy by 9.30 bc I'm a 26 year old grandma
  6. Only watch half of a movie. Have no patience for more
  7. Wear specially tight clothes when I'm feeling fat
  8. Have a capsule wardrobe, fuck fast fashion
