My options when cooking chicken, ranked by desirability

My cooking skills are pretty subpar, so I have very little control over these
  1. 1.
    Cook perfect amount, don't get salmonella
  2. 2.
    Cook too little, but don't get sick and increase my tolerance to salmonella
  3. 3.
    Overcook, don't get salmonella but have to eat dry chicken
  4. 4.
    Cook too little, get a little sick but still increase my tolerance to salmonella
  5. 5.
    Cook too little, get very sick
  6. 6.
    Cook too little, get very sick, and die
