Reasons why I need to lose weight

  1. I have a wardrobe full of clothes that taunt me daily, while I wear the same 3 things that still fit me
  2. I'm clearly not eating because I'm hungry, so in order to face what it is I'm really eating for, I need to stop and move forward
  3. I'm not comfortable with the reflection I see
  4. I'm getting more and more concerned that my size is my primary definition
