THINGS I CRIED ABOUT IN THE PAST 3 DAYS

  1. I thought about my friend Max and then felt sad because I've been a really absent friend lately but he's great.
    And we're living together next year and I am so happy.
  2. I had to email like 4 professors about not getting work done on time because I'm really sad and have been having panic attacks.
  3. My professor asked me how I was doing after reading that email.
    He then told me to "think positive" and "be selfish"
  4. Another professor told me about his anxiety and how he almost dropped out of grad school because of it.
    He was really understanding.
  5. I tried to do my drawing homework.
  6. I tried to write a paper.
  7. I thought about emailing the therapist I was referred to.
    I'm so scared???
