Foods I don't eat / don't like without any real reasons behind it

  1. tofu
    I don't understand what it is also I don't like the taste
  2. soy
    not a fan of substitutes, not even when I was vegetarian. think might be related to my thyroid issues as I'm not supposed to have soy and maybe it's my body telling me not to (same goes for tofu)
  3. bell peppers
    it's not like I hate them. I just don't eat them.
  4. spinach and feta in combination
