  1. Garlic
    If I'm getting a cold or have a sore throat, I swallow 3 cloves of the stuff whole. It's gross, but it cleans out your sinuses so well. You smell a little bit like garlic for a while, but if you take it in the evening it's not noticeable the next day.
  2. Activated charcoal
    Any kind of stomach issue is solved with this stuff. It's also an incredible hangover cure.
  3. Bulletproof coffee
    Makes you poop wonders. Keeps you focused. Gets rid of cravings. It's like adderall, but it's good for you.
  4. Lemon water
    Cleans you out. Gives water a bit more flavor so you never want to stop drinking it.
