My anxiety's been THRU DA ROOF so let's celebrate the small stuff!
  1. I made it into the office today.
    An hour late but still! Being able to work from home means that when I'm nervous I tend to just hole up but I got up and showered and got on a train and I'm in the office right now.
  2. I ate breakfast.
    A nectarine!
  3. I'm catching up on the work I missed.
  4. I'm going to two open mics tonight.
  5. I emailed my co-producer slash ex boyfriend about booking our show.
  6. I'm breathing.
  7. I'm here.
