So, I gained a few pounds over the holidays and apparently, they're here to stay πŸ˜’ So what do I do when my pants are too tight and oh so uncomfortable?

    Unbutton my pants. And keep them unbuttoned.
    This may seem pervy, but it's really not. I sit down at work behind a desk all day and wear long shirts. I AM NOT ASHAMED!

    It's what MacGyver would want you to do.

    I finally did this. It was like I was surrendering after a year long battle. Although I can now breathe, I feel somewhat defeated...
