Things to do when you are feeling down

  2. watch your favorite movie
  3. lie on the couch covered in as many blankets as you can
  4. have a cup of tea
  5. read books that make you happy
  6. watch a sitcom like the office, or parks and rec
  7. vent to someone
  8. go for a walk / hike
  9. turn up the music really loud and dance around your house in slidey socks
  10. play the piano really loudly
  11. make lists!!
