1. Be grateful
    Not just be grateful, but practice gratitude. Think of three things you're grateful for in your life. It works even better if you wake up and go to sleep doing this. I truly believe gratitude is the key to happiness. While you're in this step, you should also follow @DeepakChopra
  2. Clean your toothbrush
    Do you know how much bacteria lives in your mouth? I don't either, but it's a TON. And that bacteria sits on your toothbrush everyday, multiplying, and then goes back into your mouth. Take an extra ten seconds, rub some soap on your hand and clean that brush before putting it back in its rightful place. Ah, being clean never felt so good.
  3. Give a stranger a compliment
    Makes them feel better, makes you feel better. Overall daily win.
  4. Eat your greens
    Have at least some sort of leafy green. I get it, sometimes we're just too busy to wash, prep and make a big salad. Get some pre washed and just munch away like a rabbit.
  5. Do one thing you truly enjoy, even if only for a few minutes
