UNIQUELY NYC EXPERIENCES I'LL TELL MY GRANDKIDS ABOUT

They will be bored out of their minds but respectful because they'll be great kids
  1. The time I woke up at the last stop of the L train after a work holiday party
  2. The time I saw Stevie Wonder perform in Central Park (for free, kids!)
  3. The time I ran/walked a marathon with 50,000 people and swore never to do it again
  4. The times I bought lo mein for "lunch" from a cart on the way to work and then ate it at 10am
  5. The times I physically flagged down and rode in these bright yellow cars driven by !humans! who often didn't know how to get to their destination, but were mostly very nice and taught me about amazing music from the countries they grew up in and had advanced degrees and hadn't seen their families in years and reminded me to be *grateful*
