    This does nothing to improve my mood by the way. It just makes me feel overly caffeinated while still feeling like shit
  4. Ironically including slang in my vocabulary until it no longer becomes ironic
  5. Being in denial of my intolerance to lactose
    And thinking the outcome will change each time I attempt to have it
  6. Watching trash TV to occupy the time while my refusal to sleep, in terms of the verb, slowly transforms into sleep, the noun
  7. Taking advantage of my disbelief in the need for immediacy with results and action
    Almost always leading to procrastination or the redirection of activity
  8. Keeping my phone on vibrate
  9. Drinking coffee mid afternoon
