My personal favorite movies from 1996 through 2015 plus my runner ups, which for most years could basically be interchangeable. Some real personal favorites snuck through, obviously Saving Private Ryan is one of the best movies ever made, but I love Rushmore a little more. Also discovered 2005 was a weird weak year for movies.

  2. 1997- Good Will Hunting

Only considering movies nominated, going with what I think the academy should've gone with.
  1. 1990- Goodfellas
Far more memorable and has stood the test of time than any of the other nominees
  2. 1991- The Silence of that Lambs
  3. 1992- A Few Good Men
I really enjoy Unforgiven but overall I think it's easily forgotten and A Few Good Men is so good to me
