THINGS I WISH I INGESTED EVERYDAY

I don't like diets. I hate deprivation. And it just makes me eventually eat pizza and smoke cigarettes. I do better with lists of things TO eat rather than things NOT to eat. Here are 5:
  1. A salad with olive oil
  2. Fresh fish that's raw or grilled
  3. Cold-pressed juice
  4. Seltzer
  5. Fruit
