Cold baked sweet potato on crackers

I had mine on oatcakes but I genuinely think it's better than cheese. So on crackers, it can only get better. This isn't a recipe, it's a statement really
  1. Sweet potato
    Bake on 190 for about an hour then put it in the fridge for the next day
  2. Larger it into whatever, no need for salt and pepper
    Spread thickly on toast, as a side for pancakes, in a wrap.. all good things
