Basically a gluten free falafel (serves 9)
  1. 2 Sweet potatoes
    Bake whole for an hour on 200 then scoop out filling into a bowl
  2. 2 Red onion
    Dice into small squares, add to sweet potato along with all other ingredients. Roll into balls and place onto greased baking tray. Put in oven (still at 200) for 20-30 minutes, until onions are soft and the pakoras maintain their shape.
  3. 1 - 2tsp Ground coriander
  4. 1 tsp cumin
  5. Chilli powder
  6. Salt
  7. Fresh coriander (optional)
