Please include your skin color, if you're willing.
  1. I haven't been pulled over by the police in 20+ years. The last time I was, I accidentally ran a red light and the cop just told me to be more careful. Not even a written warning.
I'm a white male, currently 53, but that incident was when I was about 29. Also, I'm a very safe, careful driver, but I'm not sure that matters anymore.
  2. Never in my life have I worried, even for a second, that my skin color would come into play as a reason to be stopped by the police.
    This, obviously, is white privilege.
  3. Please share a story, if you have one.
  4. Please be respectful.
I find almost everyone on The List App to be respectful. Thank you for that!
