My Coping Mechanisms

When life gets tough, I do these things
  1. Walking my dog
    She's happy, I'm happy, she chases squirrels, I chase her chasing squirrels.
  2. Watching stupid YouTube videos
    I highly recommend watching Anderson Cooper's giggles.
  3. Making tea
    One time, I made three whole pots and drank all of them.
  4. Reading Harry Potter
  5. Baking
  6. Putting on make up
  7. Taking a hot shower
  8. Using a bath bomb!
    Or just taking a bath in general is great
  9. Cleaning
    This might be weird, but it's hard to feel better, or be motivated to feel better if everything around me is literally a mess.
