I've been cycling between months of high functioning and depression so sometimes it's hard to tell between the following:
  1. If I'm feeling lazy or starting a cycle of depression
  2. If cycling through depression and happiness is feasible or is it time for medication again
  3. If I'm happy or settling
  4. If I'm smart or I peaked at 16
  5. If I'm a bad friend or I just need my space
  6. If I'm anxious or angry or scared
