- 1.Hit the snooze button 3 times and overthink what you're going to do today.
- 2.Get dressed, and overthink what you're going to wear.
- 3.Play with the toddlers, and overthink whether the parents of our toddlers think I'm a good caretaker of their child.
- 4.Eat, and overthink the consequences of eating.
- 5.Fall asleep contemplating all the mistakes you made today. Repeat.
