    Hit the snooze button 3 times and overthink what you're going to do today.

    Get dressed, and overthink what you're going to wear.
  3. 3.
    Play with the toddlers, and overthink whether the parents of our toddlers think I'm a good caretaker of their child.
  4. 4.
    Eat, and overthink the consequences of eating.
  5. 5.
    Fall asleep contemplating all the mistakes you made today. Repeat.
