3 Wonderful Wrist Stretches

For people who spend way too much time typing
  1. Make a fist. Grab that wrist with your other hand and pull down slightly, creating tension on the skin. Then rotate your fist in circles to the right and then to the left.
  2. Turn hands so fingers point in toward knees/body. Press down against some surface. Spread fingers wide. Lean slightly back.
    It's agonizingly wonderful.
  3. Turn your hand so your palm faces the wall, fingers pointing toward the floor. Make sure your arm is straight. Pull gently back on each finger and then entire hand.
  4. Bonus: use your own elbow to massage your arm from the base of your elbow all along your forearm (do both sides).
Can hurt tremendously when you find a sensitive point, but feels amazing after.
