3 Wonderful Wrist Stretches
For people who spend way too much time typing
- •Make a fist. Grab that wrist with your other hand and pull down slightly, creating tension on the skin. Then rotate your fist in circles to the right and then to the left.
- •Turn hands so fingers point in toward knees/body. Press down against some surface. Spread fingers wide. Lean slightly back. It's agonizingly wonderful.
- •Turn your hand so your palm faces the wall, fingers pointing toward the floor. Make sure your arm is straight. Pull gently back on each finger and then entire hand.
- •Bonus: use your own elbow to massage your arm from the base of your elbow all along your forearm (do both sides). Can hurt tremendously when you find a sensitive point, but feels amazing after.
