Counteract the technology hunchback. If seated, perform steps 1-3 to open your chest and sit up tall. It feels great.
  1. Move chin back so ears are over shoulders
  2. Roll shoulders up, back and down
  3. Engage core by exhaling as if bracing to get punched in the stomach
  4. Check that your pelvis is in a neutral position
    Neutral means not tilted backward (sticking out your butt) or forward (no butt at all).
  5. Lift toes and set them down, pushing through bottoms of feet to activate arches & engage legs
