Counteract the technology hunchback. If seated, perform steps 1-3 to open your chest and sit up tall. It feels great.
- •Move chin back so ears are over shoulders
- •Roll shoulders up, back and down
- •Engage core by exhaling as if bracing to get punched in the stomach
- •Check that your pelvis is in a neutral positionNeutral means not tilted backward (sticking out your butt) or forward (no butt at all).
- •Lift toes and set them down, pushing through bottoms of feet to activate arches & engage legs
