Counteract the technology hunchback. If seated, perform steps 1-3 to open your chest and sit up tall. It feels great.
- 1.Move chin back so ears are over shoulders
- 2.Roll shoulders up, back and down
- 3.Engage core by exhaling as if bracing to get punched in the stomach
- 4.Check that your pelvis is in a neutral positionNeutral means not tilted backward (sticking out your butt) or forward (no butt at all).
- 5.Lift toes and set them down, pushing through bottoms of feet to activate arches & engage legs
