Ain't No Thing but a Chicken Wing!

Roast (don't fry, save the calories for the sauce!) 24-32 chicken drummers on a parchment lined baking sheet at 450 for 30-40 mins or until crisp. Toss in any of the below sauces for wings that will make your guests scream TOUCHDOWN! (Quick trick: Use the biggest bowl you own so wings are evenly coated!) 🏈
  1. Plum Garlic Ginger Wings
    In a sauce pot, combine 1/2 cup no added sugar plum preserves, 2 cloves chopped garlic, 1 inch grated ginger root, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons coarse black pepper and bring to a bubble. Reduce and simmer until flavors combine and sauce thickens. Toss with wings and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped scallion.
  2. Whiskey Buffalo Wings
    In a sauce pot, combine 1/4 stick of butter, 3 shots whiskey, 4 cloves chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup Frank's red hot, 2 teaspoons coarse black pepper and bring to a bubble. Reduce and simmer until flavors combine and sauce thickens. Toss with wings and garnish with chopped scallions and smoked blue cheese crumbles.
  3. Italian Hot Wings
    In a sauce pot, combine 1/2 cup chicken stock, 1/4 cup Calabrian chili paste, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 cloves chopped garlic, salt to taste and bring to a bubble. Reduce and simmer until flavors combine and sauce thickens. Toss with wings and garnish with chopped parsley.
